Impossible to rate higher as the customer service is impeccable however the quality of car trim is very disappointing and appears very cheap on seat material used.

Agreed to pay for optional Air Con service at £75.Air con working perfectly prior to service but thereafter it has developing an annoying rattle/chirping noise while underway.Car is booked in on 9/11/17 for it to be looked at.Not too happy though.

I had taken the car to Lloyd Newcastle because of driver restraint system fault message.The investigated and rectified the fault and because they managed to get the majority of the cost done under a goodwill gesture I was happy with the outcome.

Air bag refit done in a timely fashion. They also fixed a faulty drivers door handle which developed on the journey home free of charge when I returned back to the garage. Very impressed with this service

As above. I now have to be without car for a ‘few days’ despite garage knowing of faults in advance and it being booked in. Surely things like creaking suspension, creaking breaks and a rattle on drivers side window could have been looked at.

My car was Mis firing, took it to Stratstone silverlink and they changed one coil. Two days letter car was still misfiring, took it to Lloyd They checked whole engine and changed injectors and car is now running better than ever.

Unfortunately the car had minor paint chips and a faulty window frame but Karl Morrison could not be more helpful and apologetic to get it sorted. The car was delivered with over 50 miles on the clock which was a little higher than expected.
