Had the car machine-polished whist having its MoT & oil change. Didn't think a particularly good job had been done particularly as the car was return quite dirty as if it had been left outside for some time.

as above.if I didn't know I was being given false information and pushed, I wouldnt have even been able to bring my car in to get fixed, and it would still be sitting in public car parks/roads unlocked and dropping all of its windows until I returned

After the service I was told to wait as the car was being washed. After 10-15 mins I was told the car was out front. The car had not been washed and there was grease on the bonnet, both wings & drivers door mirror plus greasy footprint on the carpet

A health check includes wash/ valet. On collection the car hadn’t been washed & I had to wait whilst it was done.The valet wasn’t done-the car wasn’t cleaned /vacuumed inside. A note stated it was too dirty to inspect body work

This would have been five stars except that the service indicator warning on the dash was not reset after the service ( was my car really serviced?). This means another 30 mile round trip to get it sorted out.

I took my car in and said I as I live 35 miles away I would be doing some shopping until the car was ready in Newcastle. The lady said she would have my car ready as soon as possible and it was ready within 3 hours and spotlessly clean.

Great service but loan car that I received was clearly just returned from someone else due to the empty crisp packets and mud all over the inside of it, somthing that I do not expect from a premium brand.

My summer wheels put on the car still had bold chalk marks ie OSF written on them. The tyre pressures could not of been checked as one front 31psi and the other 29 psi back 31 psi and the other 30 psi.The wheels had not been cleaned.

On my previous service visit they rubbed out a scratch I had FOC, after asking for a quote. Absolutely brilliant customer service! I was cross with the garage when I 1st bought my car regarding stone chip repairs, but this has fully restored my faith

All went very smoothly. I was a bit stressed as my previous car was an Audi TT Quattro which I adored but it was getting on a bit so I thought it best to have a change. Mike Simpson the salesman was very friendly and knew how I felt about my Audi.

Friendly, professional and efficient staff. My car was not available the initial date agreed, Mike phoned and advised me of this however he also told me that there would be an X5 courtesy car available to drive in the meantime.

Delay in car being delivered by third party transport company - thus had to change insurance arrangements again at personal cost. Further, sat nav not set up on car when collected - unbeknown to me. Required two return visits to showroom to correct.

My salesman, Gary, was excellent. We did have some communication issues when getting the tyres changed on the old BMW. Staff at service desk called me at work when my wife was in the dealership waiting to be told the car was ready to take away!
