A courtesy car could not be arranged without 2 weeks notice.Also, there was some confusion when I went to collect my car and was presented with the bill, even though I had purchased a Basic Service Pack (5 years/50k). Records not updated apparently.

Very poor service. Extremely difficult to get my car booked in for a service due to staff being busy attending to customers. It took 4 days of phoning to finally get hold of someone and book the car in. Then the work was not done as expected.

The main fault with the transfer box was not diagnosed correctly in the first instance, I had to request they look again with suggestions. Still not satisfied that my handbrake is holding correctly.

what should have took half a day has taken 3 days and counting, on the 3rd day the part that was needed to be ordered had not even been ordered yet, leaving me stranded without a car, and wasting time i didnt have. I was also never once called back

I first brought the car in with a rattling exhaust in autumn - was told there was no problem. And again at Christmas - told there was no problem. Only on the third occasion, in June, was it dealt with.Empty washer fluid wasn't replaced.

Unfortunately the repair I needed was not carried out. Instead only some diagnostic test was run and found the system without fault. When I got the car back the problem remained.

The service was as good as ever but when returning home I noticed something on the test sheet that does not look correct. I phoned twice before speaking the the service receptionist that dealt with me. The answer he gave did not seem correct.

Chris Patten at Lloyd BMW was a pleasure to deal with but I was very disappointed in the condition of my brand new vehicle upon collection. O/S door had been opened into something and the bonnet was dented. Tyre repair kit missing from boot.

Unfortunately the car had minor paint chips and a faulty window frame but Karl Morrison could not be more helpful and apologetic to get it sorted. The car was delivered with over 50 miles on the clock which was a little higher than expected.

There were two hand overs happening at the same time and the other salesperson wanted me to hurry up and get out of the way! So felt a bit rushed which was a shame. This wasn't the fault of the person who sold me the car, however.
