It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. Car booking-in procedure was completed in under 10 minutes. Dealer also arranged for taxi to transport me back home and to pick me up again later in day to take me back to dealer to collect my car.

I first brought the car in with a rattling exhaust in autumn - was told there was no problem. And again at Christmas - told there was no problem. Only on the third occasion, in June, was it dealt with.Empty washer fluid wasn't replaced.

Unfortunately the repair I needed was not carried out. Instead only some diagnostic test was run and found the system without fault. When I got the car back the problem remained.

The service was as good as ever but when returning home I noticed something on the test sheet that does not look correct. I phoned twice before speaking the the service receptionist that dealt with me. The answer he gave did not seem correct.

the car went in as the service light was showing that it was due it was supposedly serviced and updated the excuse given was they didn't know if it had a current MOT ? I have since taken the car to Coopers BMW and had it updated correctly in minutes

There were problems around works arising from a recall letter which prolonged the work time and so the car wasn't ready to collect at the agreed time.However I was so very well looked after during the resulting waiting time that I have no complaint.

My car developed a fault when we were 500 miles from home and you fixed it within a few hours. You also gave us a free taxi and picked us up so we didn't have to sit in the garage all morning - that was unexpected and very welcome.

The garage seems very good, only negatives were a few failed attempts to phone to arrange the service, and we had a bit of a wait to collect the car after being picked up when the car was supposed to be ready. Overall we're very happy though.

I did ask for a like for like car and was given an x1 had to put down seats to fit in the wheelchair , then the chair moves to far forwards and was very hard to pull back for my wife. so yes I am somewhat dissatisfied.

Booking the service was straightforward. Service centre v helpful and accommodating booking convenient date. Arranged home pick up and return of vehicle. Only negative comment - quoted replacement cost of new tyre > £100 greater than other quotes.

I attended at the dealers to have the winter wheels and tyres swapped and to have the computer looked at and the time display re adjusted along with the the door locks. There was no problem with the wheels but the other adjustments were not done.

I booked my car in a number of weeks in advance and stated I wanted the brakes checked as they were screeching loundly. On collection of the car I was told there was not enough time to diagnose the fault which is still outstanding.

I was somewhat dismayed when, a few days after my service, the front nearside tyre pressure warning appeared. On checking, all tyres were under inflated - surely a service should include tyre pressures.Valet not up to previous standard.
