We are currently looking to recruit an Online Enquiry Executive to join our successful team at our Lloyd BMW/MINI retailer, Newcastle.

As an Online Enquiry Executive you will be assisting customers that have enquired through our online portals. This key role will suit a highly motivated person who is driven to achieve targets and who strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Role Purpose

Communicating with our customers initially at the enquiry stage, gathering information and responding to their general enquiries. Arrange vehicle demonstrations and set appointments to visit the business and meet a member of the sales team

Key Responsibilities:

• Dealing with all aspects of customer contact from initial online enquiry • Manage our online portals, with regard to incoming and outgoing emails, web enquiries • Send illoyd “Thanks for your Enquiry” videos to all enquiries, what’s special about buying from Lloyd Newcastle • Set appointments with prospects for members of the sales team • Arrange Test Drives with prospects for members of the sales team • Make Customer Experience follow up calls • Make Lost Sale follow up calls

Required skills/experience:

• Experience of working for at least one year in a customer support/service function, preferably in a telesales or telemarketing environment • A high degree of computer literacy • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience of web-based applications
