The service advisor couldn't have been more helpful - however, despite having the car 2 days the service dept failed to rectify one of the issues (a rattle/buzz in the dash) - furthermore the loan vehicle had not had its sat nav system activated

Excellent service and communication from both Lois and the technician. Issues were identified by Lloyd Newcastle that BMW Stratstone Tyneside previously failed to diagnose. Warranty authorisation was quick and comprehensive.

I was looked after by Kim Goldsmith. She was great and got everything sorted out for me straight away. I got a text to say my car was ready for collection. I asked her about my tyre tread and she took me to my car and showed me how to check it myself

Service Advisor Freddie Bond made us feel that we were the inconvenience. We had to press to get an alternative courtesy car due to a camping trip. He said we could have a 3 series to 'go and do what you have to do'!! I'd write more if I had space.

Car wasn't ready when I returned so given a loan car for which I had to return early Saturday morning. The problem has started to re-emerge in the last few days

I found an issue with the car , one of the back wheel arches is closer to the tyre than the other significantly and I reported the problem and sent photos , I will told to bring it in and after being looked at was told

Initially I was somewhat put out because my 18 month old M3 needed a new differential. Once i was a bit more rational l realised of course that it was no fault of theirs and they did everything they could including supplying a courtesey car for me.

Better than previous visit but still not entirely satisfactory. Service reception staff had to go and hunt for my vehicle in dealerships rear car park which took some time and vehicle had some oily marks on it when I collected it [same as last time].

After collection my husband checked the rear brake cylinder and there was no signs of the brake fluid service being carried out. The bleed nipple was dry and still full of brake dust. He does not believe the service was carried out correctly.

The issues raised post delivery were rectified. However I feel the vehicle should have been delivered without the issues being present, thus avoiding the need for a re visit, during which I was without a vehicle for 24 hours.

The only downside was they had to order fuel cap locking system which was faulty. When I took car in and waited an hour they said unfortunately it needed another part and it would be 3 hours before it came in. Was given lift home and picked up 5pm
