Not actually a service on this occasion as my new X3 was only a month old - it was a re-call for a brake fluid change.Fortunately, as an ex engineer, I can appreciate things sometimes go wrong in the factory and I'm pleased issues are followed up.

Car was in for service, a seatbelt repair, some diagnostics on the driver side window as it was making a horrific noise when the window was put down and finally an air con service (this was recommended by the garage) they forgot the aircon service

I booked a waiting appointment to replace a damaged tyre. I was told the appointment was for 10.00 and would last between 1 and 1 1/2 hours. I did comment at the time that this was a long time to change a tyre. In the end it took 2 hours 20 minutes.

Lloyds is well above a standard dealer. The showroom is fabulous, the staff are all very helpful and you are made to feel important as a customer. I love the barista setup there and the taxi to take you into town.

Had my car all day from 7.45am while I was at work, waited until approx.4.30pm, still no call to say it was ready, so I had to ring, said was ready so taxi brought me.Got to garage, and wasn't ready, so had t wait. Still had to go back to work.

Quoted £90.00 for brake fluid change only £37.00 at Halfords When I informed you of this your price dropped to £55.00Other words a rip off

Had the car machine-polished whist having its MoT & oil change. Didn't think a particularly good job had been done particularly as the car was return quite dirty as if it had been left outside for some time.

as above.if I didn't know I was being given false information and pushed, I wouldnt have even been able to bring my car in to get fixed, and it would still be sitting in public car parks/roads unlocked and dropping all of its windows until I returned

A health check includes wash/ valet. On collection the car hadn’t been washed & I had to wait whilst it was done.The valet wasn’t done-the car wasn’t cleaned /vacuumed inside. A note stated it was too dirty to inspect body work

After the service I was told to wait as the car was being washed. After 10-15 mins I was told the car was out front. The car had not been washed and there was grease on the bonnet, both wings & drivers door mirror plus greasy footprint on the carpet

This would have been five stars except that the service indicator warning on the dash was not reset after the service ( was my car really serviced?). This means another 30 mile round trip to get it sorted out.

As I have said previously, a major factor in the purchase of the BMW was the excellent back up service that was provided by the BMW centre. I have not provided a 'completely satisfied' answer because I found the construction updates irritating.

valuation of my existing vehicle was low in comparison to market value. On the plus side, the finance deal with BMW was very good.
