Despite myself having ordered the wrong undertray for my car, Phil in the parts department organised the exchange for the correct item and the refund was also sorted out quickly without fuss.

The car did not get washed or vacuumed despite them saying it would be when I dropped the car off at 09:30. Also, whoever worked on the car put water on the windshield water reserve, so when I was driving at -6 the other day, the windshield froze.

Had the MOT and booked a return visit to complete further investigation. Later I tried to cancel and requested a call back to give notice. No one called back. A previous recall on my car had left pieces missing from the car and panels not secured.

My recent visit required your access to the battery - under the boot. On completion, all of the contents of the boot, and the tools from underneath, were just randomly piled-up in the corner of the boot. Not at all satisfactory customer service.

Can't be happy or satisfied at £408 for an oil and filter change, car was in the workshop for less than one hour. The added £35 costs, to "reset the service light" is appalling.

Diagnostic was just connecting a computer to my car and then I get a call to say all is OK no issues, however the sensors have not worked for 10days Then when I approved for bumper removal faults found and £1000 worth of work needed to repair

I asked for a sensor fault on my rear light, I presumed it was a sensor fault as it's shows intermittently and when it's does the rear light is working fine, a diagnostic was done at my cost then I was told to replace the working light.

1. Staff were very helpful, particularly Sarah, who tried to ensure my experience was positive. 2. Some policies were not helpful to e.g no collection/return or courtesy car. 3. Pricing - not best value. Tried to invoice more than agreed price.

Overall good but a few items to be improved on. - prior my visit I filled out a few form and one mentioned if I was looking to sell my car and would like to discuss it, this didn't happen. - 3.5mm front tyre tread reported but 4/5mm upon inspection

We live 33 miles from our nearest BMW dealer and there are no direct public transport services between us. Our car's computer registered a fault with the 4x4 but allowed us to drive using front wheel drive only. continued on the next page.
