Tom and Mel were great in trying to resolve issues and get the car to me as quick as possible, but first the finance was halted as there was an issue nation wide. Then the car was not loaded and delivered to the dealer and was delayed again

I used to have a courtesy car but they now charge £20!

Service was great. But I ordered windscreen wipers the day I was picking my car up and was told no problem. But on arrivalt this was not done as replacement wipers were at another location. I would have left the car if informed beforehand.

Overall, good service. However, since collecting my car, the eco-mode additional miles counter is no longer accurate. It counts up way too much. This was never a problem, so is a direct result of computer connection to my car.

I was told the car doesn't have pop up boot lid so couldn't fix, the car does have a pop up boot lid and works on slight incline, I was told car would be washed and hoovered as part of the service and wasn't.

Booking the car for a service was problematic as I was told the car only required break fluid when it actually required a major service. I had to ask twice for them to investigate and agree a full service was required.

Quick and easy check in for the 1st car service. Friendly reception. Nice coffee. Poor service experience due to time taken to carry out simple oil change. Car booked in at 9.45. then contacted at 12.00 to be told car would not ne ready until 16.00
