Utterly professional & friendly in every aspect. Only required one visit. Listened to my requirements, explained the deal, gave me what I wanted for my car. Had the car and colour I wanted in group stock and secured it on the day. Handover faultless.

My new car was subject to a delivery stop, with delivery delayed for a couple of weeks. As I was without a car, Alex arranged the use of a courtesy car for me, which was really appreciated.

I had a tyre change on my 2series and full service on my X1. The workshop guys did not inflate the tyres to correct bar and I had to stop and reinflate them straight after collecting the car. My X1 fully serviced less than a week isshowing warning ?

The diagnostics check said I had a puncture in my tyre, rather than check if its a faulty sensor, they just said its a puncture & another tyre needed replacing because the threads gone. I did a full health check on all 4 tyres and they were fine.

Average. It was an expensive service, so I as disappointed that you did not valet the car - others less expensive would have, and other dealerships have done so in the past.

To return a car that has been there for 3 days, had a service and paid over £500, and have 4 warnings on the car as soon as I switch it on is disappointing. The professionalism displayed was appalling. Nobody cared. And car returned in unsafe state
