Had a thorough handover with David. I've had a bmw for 4 years and didn't know some of the stuff he showed me! Just shows the difference between a good handover and a quick one. Felt confident driving home that I could do safely and knew the car

Tom and Mel were great in trying to resolve issues and get the car to me as quick as possible, but first the finance was halted as there was an issue nation wide. Then the car was not loaded and delivered to the dealer and was delayed again

I was told the car doesn't have pop up boot lid so couldn't fix, the car does have a pop up boot lid and works on slight incline, I was told car would be washed and hoovered as part of the service and wasn't.

I was unable to get a hire car due to not having my license for three years but they were quick to resolve the issue and organised Uber transport home and one to pick me up as soon as the replacement was done. Car was also serviced on top.

Car was to have brake pads changed. Told few hours later that discs needed doing. Asked why when car has only clocked 26k miles. I asked to have a video of the supposed 'corrosion and lip of the discs'. This is something Audi do, never received.

All the staff are Great, Dealt with the issues in time they gave, explained in detail what had been done. Only concern was the charge for a (courtesy car) as my car was a recall which used my time & fuel twice for a BMW fault so not very courteous.

Good initial communication about MOT & service good. Left car at 8.30, gave permission to also fit two new tyres @ 10am but by time I collected car at 5pm tyres had not been fitted. Also had to wait 40minutes when I arrived to collect the car

On the whole it was ok but I did query price of part which was £200+ more expensive than what I could've got online?

Car was damaged and only found this out when they brought the car around for me. I give 4 only because they took responsibility for it straight away and are going to fix it. Still not the point.

My car was subject to a 'recall' to deal with a brake issue. This required my car being kept overnight. I was supplied with an excellent all-electric courtesy car , which gave me the opportunity to drive an electric vehicle for the first time.
