Lee, the service advisor was very thoughtful, considerate, listened to the explanation of the problem and what was required to exchange cars on completion of the work on the DPF. So that the broken spring on the other X3 could be replaced.

Tremendous service ! Due to social distancing, Lloyds were not providing a taxi service as in the past, and so my car was collected from my home (on time) and returned to me after completion - absolutely fantastic customer service !

called in see if car safe to drive told ring booking office car can be seen on 15th. need to be mobile told ring assistance which did not go well ended up with 2 cars cars over weekend rang Lloyds Monday to pick car up told I had to ring assistance

I didn't buy the car from Lloyd but I was treated like I was one of their customers . They also found a small unexpected problem with the car, Lee from service phoned to let me know and it was fixed the next day.
