Form the moment to calling up to get in for an estimate for my car damage right through to driving it off a few days later when it was all repaired, service was exemplary.

Was informed that it would take about 2-3 hours to service my car I was therefore dropped off at the Metro centre whilst the car was being serviced. After about 5 hours I had to enquire how much longer it would be and it was another hour

Engineer noted the the vehicle was to dirty to inspect, however vehicle had been taken through the car wash less than 24 hours before servicing. Engineer also noted the spoiler required body shop repair, however this information was incorrect!

My car had done under 20k miles. This should not have happened. BMW offered to pay for the parts indicating to me they agreed this should not have happened. I negotiated a reduction in the labour to £200. I remain furious I was asked to pay anything

Upon filing the service report i found that my car is still being listed as a 518d, rather than a 520d on the Lloyd service database having complained twice about this in the past. When i come to change this vehicle this requires a "story"......

My headlights were changed from auto to manual. As a result I drove off with no headlights on. This is dangerous to not return customers cars in the configuration they were dropped off in especially with automatic features on the vehicle.

my car was in for a programming recall, while i understand a lot of the settings are user defined I think settings like tyre pressures should have been done by the technicians and not by me after I drive away.

I find that the staff are professional and friendly. They all communicate appropriately with no sense that they are working from a script. This is very important to me. If they do not know the answer to a question, they'll find someone who does.

Issue with roof not sorted , although I only had to pay contribution i shouldnt had to pay anything as i did report the issue several times before car was three years old and had the issue in year two
