My car had a complex roof failure (Z4) which was a difficult to locate fault. Lloyds kept my well informed with progress reports and sought go ahead before spending time searching for broken wiring. The fault was located and repaired

I was kept updated through the entire process - had to wait a few weeks for factory build which fell over the period of lockdown, and was still kept in the loop despite this. And, it even came slightly early which is always a bonus.
