Saffron Livingstone has been excellent with communication and advice during the problem with my car. I havent recieved the car back yet (2 weeks) but the courtesy car supplied was very good (altough not as economical as mine!)
Really being picky was the ability to clean out the car as they normally would. Totally understand le due to the ongoing pandemic and safety relating to that (5 stars really)

My car had a complex roof failure (Z4) which was a difficult to locate fault. Lloyds kept my well informed with progress reports and sought go ahead before spending time searching for broken wiring. The fault was located and repaired
