There was a minor issue where my brake fluid service hadn't been entered in my car's computer, I did it myself later that day. But the service had been entered and the car washed so I was pleased overall

The customer service provided is great and they keep you updated on how things are progressing throughout. It would be nice to have an option to wait if the service could be done in an hour or so this would save on taxi fares home and back.

Ellie from Service department was excellent to deal with, she kept me informed of all aspects of my MOT and wheel changes. Service department also accommodated my last minute MOT.
