Only issue I encountered when I got my car back is that the front passenger floor mat was dirty. And dirt markings inside door handle. And before I received video when vehicle is being checked, but this time I did not receive any email about it.

Before my service the washer fluid light had been on for a couple days indicating that a top-up was required. This was marginally topped by BMW at the service just to remove the indicator light. This promptly came back on 2 days later. Poor service

When I go to Lloyds it is a pleasant environment. I can sit and wait comfortably. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

I had to cancel my morning collection as I had a dentist app I'd forgotten about. I phoned up to cancel and arranged to drop the vehicle off. The message didn't get through to the driver who still came to pick my car up.

Very satisfied with the service at Lloyd Newcastle-professional and efficient. However, my dashcam was removed and left carelessly on the backseat instead of being reattached, which was disappointing and could have been handled with more care.

One star deducted because of shortage of parking space when I arrived on site. It was my first visit, so unsure if I could double park, if there was a further car park. Other than that, all staff helpful, polite and friendly
