The centre is really well kept and is great, with everyone super friendly. Also having relevant cars on display in the showroom was great, along with the configurator which helped me decide on spec.

The whole process was straight forward and information was given clearly. The only downside was that the courtesy car had empty bottles and a chocolate bar wrapper in the side pocket and the dashboard had many finger prints on it.

Because of the problems after a major service and the way those problems were dealt with. A warning light was lit up when I got home (a sensor had not be plugged back in) and it took 1 hour and a quater to deal with it when I returned my car.

Every time I've went to Lloyd bmw I've been given excellent service. Stepping in, I was greeted by someone who guided me through the key locker system and they gave me a coffee, my recall safety inspection was completed quickly and I was comfortable.

The book-in process asked if I wanted the car washed. I am sure I said yes please. But it wasn't washed. It's not a big issue, but if you ask if the customs would like the car washed then I think it's important you should do so.
