Great. My car had to stay overnight due to a recall on the EGR, I was forewarned this may happen but even so Danni Conlon went the extra mile to ensure the EGR change was completed timely and the car delivered to my door. As usual a faultless service

I was updated throughout the process by Sarah so i knew exactly what was going on with the car. All of the work was done to the highest standard. Sarah made sure everything was done for me, meaning I had to do very little other then turn up.

Lovely staff, all very polite and professional. My car appears to be running very well. I also like that the garage is close to town so it's easy to wander down.

I put my vehicle down for a wash on the form and was asked by staff on reception if I wanted it washed. When I picked up the car it hadn't been, no big deal, it was only in on a recall notice.

Really great service. Alan is superb to deal with, very genuine guy. I've been so impressed with the way I've been dealt with that I've started to book in to have more extras added to the car. Everyone is friendly from the moment you walk in.

I was informed that the dash cam would be disconnected before the vehicle was taken into the workshop, why? However my concern was that while driving home I noticed the dash cam sitting in the centre consul. I think it should have been replaced.

The self check in is a bit strange. Why not make sure you get the specifics right via a personal hand over of the keys and car.
