Garage had an issue taxing cars so I had to wait over a week for delivery and as a consequence I had to sign finance documents a few times. Not major just a little frustrating, however garage very apologetic about it. No pain protect paperwork given

The colleague dealing with me was excellent. My only gripe was for the 3rd visit in a row they were unable to wash my car as I have frozen paintwork. Their excuse again was that they didn't have the correct solution. Not good for a premium product!

I was given a complimentary car wash with the service but the car was not cleaned up to the desired standards. I have the picture of the dust and dried leaves under the carpet . The door trim were still dirty. Would expect more thorough cleaning

Simple tyre replacement - no dust cap on new tyre - not much but should have been there. Offer to wash and vacuum vehicle gratefully taken up. Not washed, nor vacuumed. Why offer if you cant do it? Disappointing.

The car was serviced for brake pads, came back clean and tidy, however we noticed that the bonnet was not closed properly i.e one of the 2 catches had not engaged fully , leaving the bonnet raised by about 1/2inch at the side.

Because of the problems after a major service and the way those problems were dealt with. A warning light was lit up when I got home (a sensor had not be plugged back in) and it took 1 hour and a quater to deal with it when I returned my car.

Every time I've went to Lloyd bmw I've been given excellent service. Stepping in, I was greeted by someone who guided me through the key locker system and they gave me a coffee, my recall safety inspection was completed quickly and I was comfortable.
